Professional Travel Planning Fee
A non-refundable professional service fee is required before research or itinerary design begins. This fee compensates for my time spent researching destinations, coordinating with suppliers, and curating a personalized experience. It does not apply toward the cost of travel.
Consultation + Trip Design (Domestic)

Covers research, planning, and presentation of options.
Custom Events / Signature Trips (Bachelorette, Men’s Golf, etc.)

Premium service for branded, curated experiences.
International / Luxury Travel
$200-350
Reflects more research, logistics, and communication time.
Change / Re-quote Fee

Major revisions after planning begins.
Group Trips (4+ travelers)
$250-500
Covers coordination, multiple invoices, and itinerary management.
Full-day Itinerary Planning
$300/per day
Includes curated excursions, dining reservations, daily transfers, and special event coordination.
